Journeyperson Mechanic – Penticton, BC

We are looking for a permanent, full time Journeyperson Mechanic to join us in our Penticton facility!
Responsibilities:
- Completing variety of repairs and/or servicing on heavy duty trucks and trailers
- Must be able to complete BC commercial inspections on trucks and trailers (current valid inspectors license required)
- Proven ability to complete advanced repairs on all makes and models
- Successful candidate must supply their own tools
Education & Experience:
- 3rd Year to Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic
- Must have both truck and trailer experience
- BC Safety Inspectors Certificate required
- Navistar, Cummins, Eaton, and Allison experience a strong asset
- Valid Class 1 with air an asset
- Team player with a strong commitment to customer service
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn in-house programs
- Ability to lift 75 pounds perform physically demanding duties
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
