Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate account reconciliation, and supporting various accounting functions using a range of accounting software. Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, and ADP
- Conduct account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial data across multiple systems
- Assist with payroll processing and related activities using platforms like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, and UltiPro
- Support bookkeeping tasks including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and expense tracking
- Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and account analysis for management review
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, and ADP
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation processes
- Experience with payroll systems including ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, and UltiPro
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to perform account analysis and support budgeting activities
- Strong math skills essential for financial calculations and data analysis
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and support financial services functions
- Ability to adapt quickly to new accounting software platforms and stay updated on industry best practices

Pay: $43,807.08-$86,946.65 per year
