At Brant Animal Clinic, we’re looking for a compassionate, adaptable Veterinary Assistant / Client Care Representative (CCR) to join our busy, supportive team. Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients in a warm, professional manner
- Answer phones and manage high-volume client communication
- Schedule appointments and coordinate daily bookings
- Maintain accurate medical records and perform data entry
- Assist veterinarians and RVTs with patient care and treatments
- Help prepare exam rooms and support during procedures
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
- Support veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks
- Keep reception and common areas clean and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service—even in busy or stressful situations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or Veterinary Assistant
- Veterinary clinic experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and handling multiple phone lines

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
