NATT Safety Services is a leader in confined space rescue, industrial safety services, and training solutions across high-risk industries. We are looking to hire a Account Manager to join our team!
The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and works closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meeting customer needs while driving revenue growth.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand Natt Safety’s presence in local and regional markets; promote Natt’s safety services, training programs and workforce staffing solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, construction, and mining sectors; build relationships with new clients.
- Grow and manage existing accounts.
- Collaborate with operations and recruitment to meet client needs.
- Prepare proposals and close new business opportunities.
- Track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to drive branch growth.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Represent NATT Safety at industry events, trade shows, and local networking opportunities.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous account management, sales, or business development experience.
- Proven track record of growing client accounts and achieving revenue targets. ·
- Experience working with industrial, construction, mining, staffing, safety or related industries
- Experience in preparing proposals and sales presentations
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- CRM software proficiency
