Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team in Ontario. As part of our clinic, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, including physiotherapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and osteopaths, to provide exceptional care. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where your growth and development are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional massage therapy services, tailored to the unique needs of each client
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic treatment plans
Assess clients’ conditions and recommend appropriate treatment methods
Maintain accurate client records and ensure ongoing client progress
Educate clients on self-care, injury prevention, and wellness practices
Uphold the clinic's commitment to exceptional client care and customer service
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certification in Ontario
Member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
