Lead HVAC Installer
We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and career-focused Lead HVAC Installer to join a growing team dedicated to delivering exceptional residential heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions. This role is responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing, and repair of HVAC systems while providing outstanding customer service and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of recent residential HVAC installation experience, including:
Furnaces
Central air conditioners
Ductless air conditioning systems
Gas boilers
Water heaters, including tankless systems
Valid Gas Fitter II License
Valid Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or Red Seal)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check
Strong technical troubleshooting and installation skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Proven ability to generate HVAC leads and promote maintenance or protection plans
Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and accountability
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Responsibilities
Install, commission, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
Ensure all installations comply with applicable safety regulations, technical standards, and municipal building codes.
Follow industry best practices and energy-efficient installation procedures.
Educate homeowners on the proper operation, care, and maintenance of their HVAC equipment.
Perform equipment inspections and identify opportunities for upgrades or additional services.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call.
Promote available products, services, and maintenance programs when appropriate.
Encourage satisfied customers to provide online reviews.
Maintain a safe work environment by following all health and safety policies and procedures.
