As a Business Systems Analyst - Expert, you will be part of the Equity Markets Technology department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, excellent organization and time management skills, and strong collaboration abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems within the equity trading domain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies and support complex business processes.
- Review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to optimize performance.
- Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to guide system implementation decisions.
- Serve as a liaison between the business community and IT teams to deliver technical solutions that meet user needs.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis, particularly within financial services or trading environments.
- Strong data analysis skills with working knowledge of equity trading lifecycle and messaging systems.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL (1-2 years experience or more).
- Familiarity with FIX messaging specifications and workflows.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills, with attention to detail.
