What We’re Looking For:
HEAD INSTALLER
A motivated leader with a background in framing, carpentry, or related trades. Someone who can think on their feet, make clean decisions on-site, and supervise jobs with pride and precision.
INSTALLATION ASSISTANT
A hands-on learner who wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced, creative installation environment. Must be reliable, hardworking, and open to training.
Job Duties Include:
- Interpreting layout drawings and photos for installs
- Measuring and prepping materials for custom aluminum structures
- Installing screens, awnings, rollshutters and fixed frame shade systems
- Working safely and efficiently with power tools
- Following site plans and adjusting creatively when needed
- Ensuring clean, professional finishes on every job
- (For Head Installer) Supervising junior staff or apprentices
What You Bring:
- Experience in construction, framing, carpentry, or handyman work
- Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable working on ladders and not afraid of heights
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, respectful attitude – you’ll be working around homeowners
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors and under covered decks in all seasons
