Premix Sales Representative
Sales Representative - Toronto/Niagara Regions
Reporting to the Premix Sales Manager this role will involve sales of our cement products to various customers along with actively seeking out new clients. THE DAY TO DAY

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Coordinate with logistics and production departments for timely order fulfillment

Collaborate within a high-energy, fast-moving, and supportive team.

Travel to customer locations as necessary.

Maintain up-to-date records of customer information, sales transactions, and contracts.

Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Collect competitive information, record market trends and communicate this to management.

Create and manage customer accounts, including credit applications.

Handle invoicing, pricing, and payment inquiries.

Support the sales team with documentation and paperwork, including contracts and agreements.

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Other duties as assigned by management.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience in sales coordination in construction, cement or building materials would be considered an asset.

Willingness to travel regularly for internal meetings, training, and customer events.

Self-driven and result-oriented individual who thrives on building long-lasting relationships based on trust, professionalism, and innovation.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of cement or construction materials is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability and willingness to cross the US border.
