Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part-time Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks, supporting team management, and facilitating effective communication across departments. Duties
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Data entry and job cost tracking in QBO
- Communicate effectively with team members and vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist Office Coordinator with other administrative duties
Experience
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in administrative support roles.
- Construction Industry experience an asset
- Familiarity with accounting systems (Quickbooks Online)
- Strong ability to track expenses effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in clerical tasks with strong organizational abilities.
