Egar Tool and Die Ltd. is pleased to offer Full Time employment opportunities in our Stamping department. Our press operators are an integral part of our stamping process, ensuring the presses run efficiently and safely to produce best quality parts for our customers. You will be challenged to meet production targets together with your team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up and removal of Dies in Automotive stamping presses.
- Accurately pack parts coming off stamping presses
- Maximize quality and production as part of a team
- Conduct frequent part inspections for defects (requires good attention to details)
- Accurately and safely pack parts into appropriate bins to prepare for shipment
- Perform and maintain 5S standards in areas of responsibility
- Qualifications
- Experience with transfer and/or progressive Press operation.
- Experience in Press/Die setup from master setup sheets.
- Working knowledge of press feeders, straighteners and mandrel control functions.
- Working knowledge of Press degrees, angles, axis and recipes.
- Experience in shut height, coil fed press operation, finger adjustments, trouble shooting of technical/mechanical events pertaining to machinery and tooling.
- Must be fully mobile, lifting and bending involved (must be able to lift 35 – 50 lbs)
- Ability to stand for long periods (full shift).

Salary information:
- $20.00- $22.00 start per hour depending on experience.
- $0.75 shift premium nights
- 4 hour shift bonus weekends*
