We are a locally owned chain of luxury women’s clothing boutiques and are looking for a Part Time Sales Associate (Stylist) to join our team. Primary responsibilities for this position include:
- Build client relationships based on trust
- Ensure our clients feel listened to, valued, comfortable and confident.
- Builds and nurtures a personalized client book through meaningful relationships, proactive outreach, and exceptional service.
- Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store
- Work in a tight-knit team, understanding respect, supporting your co-workers, and the values of compromise and contribution and accountability
- Take pride in the environment you work in including enhancing the store appearance by merchandising, receiving and protecting inventory
- Demonstrates strong personal style, with a well-groomed image aligned with our elevated environment
- POS proficiency to process client purchases/returns and transfer/receive/send inventory between stores
- Be on top of the current trends and what is happening in the fashion landscape.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
- Experience in luxury clothing sales considered an asset
- Clear and concise communication skills
- We are looking for people who want to work approximately 15-20 hours per week and can commit to a flexible schedule since the retail environment can be dynamic. The successful candidate must be able to days/evenings and weekends.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$28.00 per hour
