The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Licensed Property Manager to support rental operations for a portfolio of residential units. The assigned portfolio will be based in Chilliwack.
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid BCFSA Property Management License (required)
- Property management experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right licensed candidate
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day rental operations for residential units
- Conduct unit showings and respond to prospective tenant inquiries
- Interview and screen applicants in accordance with company policy
- Prepare and finalize tenancy agreements and related documentation
- Serve notices and enforce building policies in compliance with the Residential Tenancy Act
- Coordinate routine inspections and monitor building maintenance needs
- Report operational issues and updates to the Operations Manager
- Support other Property Managers as required

You are also comfortable supporting the day-to-day standards of well-maintained communities and working collaboratively with a broader property management team.
