CNB is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team!
We are looking for an organized, energetic self-starter to join our administrative team in Campbell River. If you are a highly detailed individual who is great at multi-tasking and enjoys communicating with clients, this position is for you!
In this position you will work as a part of our admin team assisting with the following:
· Process client deliverables and coordinate for signatures
· Support our client service staff
· Front desk coverage for reception
· Assistance with bank runs, office deliveries
· Managing our general office space
· Assistance with supplies ordering and scheduling deliveries
· Manage our electronic and paper filing systems
· Assistance with other office duties
· Scheduling and coordinating office events

Experience and Location Requirements:
- Currently be residing within Canada and have met the necessary requirements to be able to work in Canada.
- Salary will be based on qualifications and experience

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
