Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, poly gel, dip powder, gel x, shellac
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Educate clients on nail care and recommend suitable products or services.
- Keep workstations clean and organized.
- Stay updated with the latest nail trends and techniques.
- Promote retail sales of nail products and related services.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with attention to detail.
- Certification or licensing as required by provincial regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Basic retail sales skills are a plus.
