Pay Range:

$90,000 - $140,000 Annually
As the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for sourcing and purchasing inventory through various channels—including auctions, private sellers, and creative sourcing methods. You'll manage inventory levels to ensure a fast-turning, profitable selection of pre-owned vehicles, oversee reconditioning standards, and lead online merchandising efforts to maximize exposure and sales.
Strategically source and purchase used vehicle inventory
Analyze market and sales data to make informed buying decisions
Accurately appraise trade-ins and direct purchase vehicles
Ensure timely reconditioning and merchandising of inventory
Maintain proper stock levels to meet market demand and profitability goals
Collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Uphold high standards for vehicle presentation both online and on the lot
Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
3+ years of pre-owned vehicle operations management experience is required

OMVIC license (or ability to obtain immediately)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Analytical thinker with the ability to assess vehicle values and market demand
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
Valid G-Class Driver's License with a clean driving record
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is an asset
Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to coach and develop others
