Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety within our facility. This role is essential in ensuring a hygienic, organized, and safe environment for all staff and visitors. The Warehouse Cleaner will perform routine cleaning tasks, support facilities maintenance, and help uphold the high standards of our warehouse operations. Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers full-time employment with paid hours, contributing to a productive and professional workplace.
Duties
- Perform regular cleaning of warehouse floors, aisles, and work areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas within the warehouse
- Assist with routine facilities maintenance tasks such as trash removal, window cleaning, and light repairs as needed
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
- Support overall warehouse organization by ensuring pathways are clear and storage areas are tidy
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning schedules efficiently and thoroughly
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new hires
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures is a plus
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and efficiency
- Strong organizational skills and reliability are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within the warehouse environment
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
