Location: 940 Kingston Road, Pickering, Ontario L1V 1B3
We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to succeed.
What you'll deliver:
· Meet/greet customers in person or on phone
· Arrange prompt and accurate diagnosis of reported problem
· Make best-value repair recommendations based upon nature of the problem
· Make recommendations for preventative maintenance
· Manage delivery of required repair action by successfully setting and managing customer expectations
· Follow up after visit to ensure that customer's expectations were met/exceeded
· Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports etc.
· Enforce organizational safety standards
· Take 'ownership' and accepts accountability for delivering outstanding service levels and sales results
What you'll need to succeed:
· Experience working within a Dealership environment preferred
· Strong communication skills
· Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanour
· Organizational ability and attention to detail
· Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
· Professional phone handling experience
· Customer-service and sales experience
