Farm Operator
Braecker Farms is seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Operator to join full-time. This is a year-round position working with broiler poultry, finishing hogs, and seasonal field work.
We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Job Duties
- Barn chores in broiler poultry and finishing hog barns
- Assist with planting and harvest operations
- Operate tractors and farm machinery
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
- General yard, shop, and farm upkeep
- Follow farm safety and animal care protocols
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working around livestock and farm equipment
- Farm experience is an asset but not required
- Mechanically inclined candidates are encouraged to apply
- AZ License considered an asset
Position Details
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Some evening and weekend work required during busy seasons
- Competitive wages based on experience
