Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Truck and Trailer Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The candidate must have basic hands-on knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer maintenance and be able to assist senior mechanics with daily repair work.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist mechanics with truck and trailer repairs
- Help with axle, suspension, brake, wheel-end, and general repair work
- Prepare tools, parts, and equipment for repair jobs
- Support diagnosis and inspection of truck and trailer issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow instructions from senior technicians and shop management
- Perform basic mechanical tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in truck and trailer repair
- Basic understanding of heavy-duty truck and trailer components
- Ability to use basic shop tools and equipment
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Welding or fabrication experience is an asset, but not required

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
