Responsibilities will include:
Brand & Marketing Design
- Design and maintain restaurant menus and menu updates.
- Create promotional campaigns for seasonal events, holidays, and special initiatives.
- Design social media graphics, digital advertisements, website assets, and email marketing materials.
- Create posters, table talkers, signage, A-boards, business cards, postcards, and other promotional materials.
- Develop presentation materials and branded documents.
- Maintain visual consistency across multiple hospitality brands and concepts.
Photography & Digital Assets
- Edit and retouch food photography.
- Organize and maintain photo libraries and creative asset libraries.
- Create simple motion graphics and animated Stories for social media.
- Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.
Print Production
- Prepare production-ready artwork following print specifications.
- Coordinate with print vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Order printed materials and restaurant marketing supplies.
- Review proofs and perform quality checks before production.
Marketing Coordination
* Assist with marketing calendars and campaign scheduling.
* Coordinate creative requests across multiple restaurant brands.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
* Track project progress, approvals, and revisions.
* Support restaurant openings, promotional launches, and special events.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional Graphic Design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud:
- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Advanced Canva skills for quickly adapting key visuals and creating editable templates.
- Excellent typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
- Experience preparing files for commercial print production.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating with print vendors and external suppliers.
Nice to Have (Assets)
Experience with any of the following is considered a strong asset:
* ClickUp or other project management software.
* Figma.
* Adobe Lightroom.
* Adobe After Effects.
