EVOO Greek Kitchen is looking for an energetic and hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager / Maître D' to lead our front-of-house team and help create the warm, vibrant experiences our guests know and love.

In this leadership position, you will oversee the flow of service, support and coach the front-of-house team, and ensure every guest leaves feeling cared for and excited to return.
Responsibilities:
- Lead front-of-house operations and oversee service execution
- Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow throughout the restaurant
- Greet guests warmly and cultivate meaningful guest relationships
- Supervise and support Servers, Bartenders, Barbacks, Hosts, and Server Assistants
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and communicate expectations
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to front-of-house team members
- Address guest concerns promptly and thoughtfully
- Work collaboratively with kitchen leadership to ensure an exceptional dining experience
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development initiatives
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-focused workplace culture
- Assist with scheduling and operational responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant setting
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Maître D', Assistant General Manager, or Front-of-House Manager preferred
- A passion for hospitality and creating genuine guest connections
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Experience coaching and motivating teams
- Familiarity with OpenTable and POS systems considered an asset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
