We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist physiotherapists in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries.
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient sessions, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Help patients with exercises and mobility tasks, providing encouragement and support throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising physiotherapist.
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to promote safe recovery practices.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress in accordance with facility protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Experience
- Education in the relevant field is an Asset
