Clover Physiotherapy is seeking a Pelvic Physiotherapist who wants to play a meaningful role in growing and integrating pelvic health within a strong orthopedic practice.
We are a patient-centred clinic in downtown Toronto providing high-quality, one-on-one care. As our clinic continues to grow, we recognize that truly comprehensive musculoskeletal care must include integrated pelvic health services — and we are actively expanding this area within our practice.
Many orthopedic conditions overlap with pelvic floor dysfunction — including low back pain, hip pain, SI joint dysfunction, pregnancy/postpartum recovery, and persistent core instability. Pelvic health is an essential piece of care that we are actively expanding within our clinic.
We are looking for a Pelvic Physiotherapist who is excited about helping us grow and shape this service.
This position will involve building and developing a pelvic health caseload, supported by our existing orthopedic referral base. You will primarily treat pelvic health patients while also seeing orthopedic patients as needed to maintain a balanced and sustainable schedule.
You will:
- Assess and treat pelvic floor dysfunction (incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, prenatal/postpartum care, etc.)
- Build and grow a pelvic health caseload within the clinic
- Integrate pelvic health principles into orthopedic treatment plans when appropriate
- Treat orthopedic musculoskeletal conditions as part of a shared caseload
- Provide one-on-one, individualized care (30–60 minute sessions)
- Maintain clear and timely documentation
This role is ideal for a physiotherapist who values the connection between pelvic and orthopedic care and enjoys practicing with a whole-body, integrated approach.
Qualifications:
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Post-graduate pelvic health training (internal assessment training required)
- Strong orthopedic assessment and manual therapy skills
- Comfortable building a caseload and contributing to service growth
- Professional, compassionate, and growth-oriented
Why Join Clover?
- Established orthopedic referral base to support pelvic caseload growth
- Strong opportunity to shape and expand pelvic health services
- Collaborative, supportive clinic culture
- Flexible scheduling (part-time)
- Competitive split compensation model
- Administrative, marketing, and direct billing support
This is a great opportunity for a pelvic physiotherapist who wants to grow a focused caseload within a clinic that values integration, quality care, and long-term professional development.
