Job Summary
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper who takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences. This role goes beyond cleaning—you'll be responsible for professionally resetting and staging the suite so every guest walks into a space that feels fresh, welcoming, and hotel-quality.
The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, organized, and has an eye for detail. You understand that the smallest touches make the biggest difference.
Responsibilities
Cleaning:
>Perform thorough turnover cleans between guest stays.
>Clean kitchenette, bathrooms, two bedrooms, and all living spaces to a consistently high standard.
>Vacuum, mop, and dust all surfaces.
>Clean mirrors, windows (as needed), appliances, and fixtures.
>Ensure the property is spotlessand guest-ready.
Property Reset & Staging
>Make beds to a hotel-quality standard.
>Style and arrange pillows, throws, décor, and furniture consistently.
>Ensure every room looks inviting and professionally presented.
>Stage outdoor spaces, including cushions, furniture, and BBQ when appropriate.
>Prepare welcome basket for guests
Inventory Management
>Restock toiletries, coffee, tea, towels, and guest amenities.
>Notify host when inventory is running low.
Property Inspection:
>Complete a detailed turnover checklist after every clean.
>Report maintenance issues.
>Inspect linens for stains or damage.
>Maintain organized linen storage.
Communication
>Notify host upon completion of each turnover.
>Send clear photos/video of completed rooms after each clean.
>Communicate any concerns, maintenance needs, or supply shortages.
Required Skills & Qualifications
>Previous housekeeping experience (Airbnb, hotel, vacation rental, or residential cleaning preferred).
>Strong attention to detail.
>Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
>Ability to work between the hours of 10:30AM- 3:00PM and prioritize AirBnb cleans
>Reliable transportation.
>Smartphone for communication and checklists.
>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
