Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, motivated Client Services and Production Coordinator in the Promotional Products industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
- Sourcing products, preparing proposals, coordinating productions, communicating with suppliers and clients.
- Includes submitting artwork, coordinating proofs and uber attention to details.
- Maintain organized records of orders, customer interactions, and any additional communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer requests and resolving any issues that may occur.
Experience
- Using Mac applications including CRM softwares, (Daylite) QuickBooks and Sage.
- Strong background in customer service, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with clientele.

Pay: $16.60-$24.00 per hour
