Duties & Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and have excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
The duties of this position include but are not limited to:
- Operate and maintain CAT 980 & 988 loaders to load crusher plant and to load aggregate into haul trucks efficiently and safely.
- Perform routine inspections, cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Support crusher plant operations and assist with maintenance of plan machinery.
- Set up and dismantle equipment at various job sites as required.
- Monitor job sites for potential hazards or mechanical issues and reporting to supervisor.
This position will include frequent noise exposure, frequent standing, bending, walking and climbing.
