Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our dealership’s Service Department. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service team, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflow, CSI excellence and department profitability.
Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of experience in automotive service management or a similar leadership role in a dealership setting.
DriveON /CDK/ DMS management systems
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong understanding of automotive repair processes, warranty procedures, and service management
