Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Textiles Logistics and Samples Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will coordinate logistics for Purchase Orders and materials movement with Vendors and Customers, and ensure seamless communication across procurement, warehouse, and transportation functions. You will also oversee the efficient management of textile samples pertaining to the Purchase Orders. Your proactive approach will help optimize supply chain processes, Provide Excellent Customer Service, and support the timely delivery of samples and materials essential to our creative and production workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and supply chain expertise will drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage the ordering, movement, and distribution of Purchase orders across external vendors and customer
- Receive textile samples, process them and send them to the customers (Light packages, not heavy)
- Support the Sales Team
- Support sourcing initiatives by evaluating suppliers’ performance and assisting in procurement activities for textiles and related materials.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service to our Clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in Purchase Order Communications with vendors and Customers
- Strong Typing skills and Email communication Skills
- Basic Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proactive Thinking , where you know the goal, and you help the team meet it.
- Hands-on experience with procurement processes including sourcing, purchasing, pricing negotiations, and demand planning.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details

Pay: $49,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
