We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and self-motivated Exterior Cleaning Lead to join our team and take charge of daily operations in the field. What You’ll Do Lead exterior cleaning jobs (residential & commercial) from start to finish Operate WFP systems, pressure washers, surface cleaners, and soft-wash equipment Communicate professionally with customers on-site Perform quality checks and ensure all safety procedures (including fall protection) are followed Report job details, before/after photos, and customer notes Upsell relevant services when appropriate What We’re Looking For Experience in exterior cleaning (window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutters, etc.) Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and manage time efficiently Comfortable working at heights and using ladders Valid driver’s licence + clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in high-quality work Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions MUST HAVE Experience with roof treatments and Housewashing What We Offer Competitive hourly wage (OR % OF Job) Company vehicle during work hours Paid training & safety certifications All tools and equipment provided Consistent full-time hours Opportunities to grow into Operations Manager or Team Lead Trainer Schedule Monday to Friday
