Job Title: Personal Support Worker (PSW)

Shift: Morning, Afternoon, Weekday & Weekend Shifts Available
Salary/Wage: $22.89 – $23.91 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, mobility, and light exercises.
- Observe, document, and report any changes in client condition to the Supervisor.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties as outlined in client care plans.
- Promote client independence, dignity, and safety.
- Maintain professional and compassionate relationships with clients and families.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent (mandatory).
- Valid Driver’s License (mandatory).
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle (mandatory).
- Vehicle insurance must be under the candidate’s name (mandatory).
- Candidates must currently reside in Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, or Etobicoke.
- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
- Negative TB test within the last 12 months and up-to-date immunization records.
- Ability to travel between client homes within the community.
- Commitment to work every other weekend.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. (16 kg).
- Internationally Trained Nurses, RPNs, RNs, Midwives, DSWs, HCAs, and Nursing Students (post first year) are encouraged to apply.
