Enning Blinds is a growing Alberta-based outdoor sales of high-quality window coverings. We supply blinds retailers, designers, and builders across the province. Our business is built on strong relationships, consistent quality, and dependable service.
We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Wholesale Sales Representative to grow our dealer network and support existing customers.
Position Overview
This is an outside B2B sales role focused on:
- Visiting blinds retailers and builders
- Growing wholesale accounts
- Developing new dealer relationships
- Increasing sales within your assigned territory
This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit existing dealers regularly to maintain strong relationships
- Prospect and open new wholesale accounts
- Present products and explain pricing programs
- Follow up on quotes and orders
- Support dealers with product knowledge and training
- Track sales activities and meet monthly targets
- Work closely with office and production teams to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
- 1–3 years sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Experience in blinds, construction, or building materials is an asset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable traveling within Alberta
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Compensation
- Base salary + commission
- Commission based on revenue growth and new account development
- Performance bonus opportunities
Compensation will be based on experience and performance.

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
