Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Serve dishes promptly and ensure proper portioning
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor stock levels and notify management of supply needs
- Assist in meal preparation during busy service hours to meet customer demand
Experience
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with meal preparation and food presentation standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
- Experience with serving guests and managing multiple tasks simultaneously is a plus
