Job Overview
Your primary focus will be customer service. This includes responding to customer inquiries, organizing and managing support tickets, following up on outstanding issues, and providing excellent service both in person and over the phone. Strong communication skills and confidence when speaking with customers are essential.
Duties
- Pick, pack, and ship hockey equipment orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all items are checked carefully for correct size, model, and condition before shipment
- Maintain a very high level of attention to detail when preparing orders
- Generate shipping labels and update tracking information in the system
- Inspect products for quality control prior to packaging
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit (sticks, skates, apparel, etc.)
- Organize and maintain shipping and inventory areas
- Coordinate with customer service and sales teams to resolve order discrepancies
- Assist with receiving and restocking incoming inventory
- Keep records of shipments, returns, and any shipping issues
- Follow all shipping procedures and carrier guidelines

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and external partners
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management software
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Prior experience with inventory management systems or ERP software is advantageous

Pay: $17.89-$25.00 per hour
