We are currently seeking licensed Security Guards to come on board starting with part-time positions to assist with our events as well as begin some static positions. We offer specialized training to be prepared for any type of security job. Many of our employees consider RPS the stepping stone they needed to feel prepared for careers in policing, corrections, border services and more!
*Availability in Sarnia, Chatham & London areas - willingness to travel to both will have greater opportunities for hours

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Possess a valid Ontario Security Guard license *NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) with a strong emphasis on legible and detailed shift reports
- Own transportation
- Able to work independently and part of a team
- Able to follow commands by site supervisors and/or managers
- Able to work sitting, standing, walking or remaining in a vehicle for long periods of time
- Abide by Health & Safety protocols
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to work well under pressure
The following will be considered assets but are not required:
- Posses a valid CPR/First-Aid Certificate
- Smart-serve certification
- Any Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) training
- Education in security or law enforcement
- Previous experience in security

- Foot or vehicle patrol of area
- Site access and control
- Standing, walking, sitting for long periods of time
- Securing assigned post
- Bag & ID Checks
