What You’ll Do:
- Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum residential units to company standards
- Prepare units for tenant move-ins
- Perform laundry and make beds for short-term and executive rentals
- Restock cleaning supplies and household items as needed
- Follow directions from the Maintenance Coordinator and assist with other tasks as assigned
- Travel between multiple job sites using your own vehicle
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks on-site
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug test
