About the Opportunity
Inova Dental is seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Dentist with strong experience in molar root canal treatment (endodontics) to join our growing and modern dental practice in Ottawa. We are looking for a clinician who is confident in diagnosing and treating complex endodontic cases while providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and treatment planning.
- Diagnose and treat endodontic conditions, including molar root canal therapy.
- Manage emergency dental cases and dental pain.
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
- Communicate treatment options effectively with patients.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with RCDSO standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary dental team.
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
- Strong experience performing molar root canal treatments.
- Experience with rotary endodontics and digital radiography.
- Excellent communication and patient management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
