What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and executing menu items with consistency and pride
- Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation
- Working efficiently during busy service while staying calm under pressure
- Assisting with daily prep and station organization
- Following food safety and sanitation standards
- Supporting your teammates because great kitchens succeed together
- Taking ownership of your station and contributing ideas that make us even better
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous line cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- Loves cooking and takes pride in every plate leaving the pass
- Is dependable and shows up ready to contribute
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys learning
- Is organized, clean, and detail-oriented
- Can work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) FoodSafe certification
