Schedule: Part Time, Monday to Friday 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a culture that promotes inclusion, innovation, productivity, and collaboration.
- Build strong relationships, listen intently, and utilize clear & transparent communication.
- Sweep, mop, and wash floors, stairs and other surfaces (inside buildings).
- Stripping and Refinishing of Floors
- Steam cleaning carpets and cleaning windows
- Wash glass interior/exterior
- Perform high level Cleaning
- Perform Construction Cleanup which include various cleaning duties
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior cleaning experience MUST
- Hours must be flexible , lots of weekend work
- Driver’s License required, vehicle provided
- Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team
- Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
- Good Communication skills
- Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.
Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
