We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Crushing Plant Foreman to join our dynamic team.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in crushing operations.
- Strong knowledge of crushing equipment, including crushers, conveyors, screens, and other aggregate production machinery.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret production schedules and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
- Willing to travel within the province.
