Position Overview:
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming breakfast experience for our guests. Your attention to detail, hospitality, and efficiency will help ensure every stay starts off right.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area according to Hilton brand standards
- Prepare and present food in a clean and appealing way
- Monitor and replenish buffet items throughout service hours
- Keep the breakfast and prep areas clean and organized at all times
- Complete assigned daily cleaning tasks and follow frequency charts
- Greet guests warmly, offer assistance, and ensure a positive experience
- Report any issues or guest feedback to the supervisor or manager
Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- A team-player attitude and a commitment to delivering great service
