Job Overview
(must be able to work at night in the bar) We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Take orders accurately from guests, ensuring timely service of food and beverages
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Handle cash transactions using POS systems, accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space
- Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times
- Assist in setting up tables, serving food, and clearing dishes as needed
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations while providing attentive customer service
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment and address any special requests or concerns
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and monitor guest consumption for safety
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service industry preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and professionalism
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Must be at least 18 years old (or age required by local regulations)
Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
