We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Agency. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, can work efficiently on multiple projects, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the signage or print industry is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Create visual designs for print and digital materials (e.g., signage, marketing materials, layouts, branding assets)
- Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy in sizing, color, and formatting
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deadlines
- Make revisions based on feedback and client needs
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator) and/or Corel Draw
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
- Quick learner with a positive, adaptable attitude
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience preparing files for large-format printing or signage
- Familiarity with print production processes and materials
- Knowledge of the signage or print industry
- Knowledge of branding or marketing design
- Proficiency with social media
