We are currently looking to add a Flat Roofing Foreman and experienced crew members to our team.
Foreman Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years of flat roofing installation experience
- Proven ability to lead a crew and run job sites efficiently
- Strong knowledge of commercial flat roofing systems
- Ability to read and follow project specifications and drawings
- Commitment to safety and quality control
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Crew Member Requirements:
- Experience with commercial flat roofing systems considered an asset
- Physically capable of handling roofing duties
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a team environment
