Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales across various retail environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience in technology or retail sales are highly valued. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in enhancing customer experience and increasing product visibility through effective merchandising and upselling techniques.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members
- Manage time effectively to ensure all responsibilities are completed within shift hours
- Demonstrate professionalism through phone etiquette and organizational skills during customer interactions
Experience
- Prior experience with “JMS” is required
- Prior experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales is preferred
- Bilingual abilities (English and another language) are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transaction processing
- Proven ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills coupled with excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Experience working in customer service roles that require multitasking and maintaining professionalism under pressure
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
