Job Title: 310J Lead Hand (Trailer Technician Lead)
We are seeking an experienced 310J Licensed Trailer Technician to step into a Lead Hand role within our shop. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong technical ability with leadership skills and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of trailer technicians on daily tasks
- Diagnose and repair trailers, including brakes, electrical, suspension, and structural components
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
- Assist with workflow coordination, shop organization, and quotations/estimates
- Mentor junior technicians and promote a positive team environment
Qualifications:
- Valid 310J Trailer Technician License (310T considered)
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
