We are looking for a Residential Renovator to join our team. Are you ready to be a hands on Supervisor? Have you previously owned your own business and are tired of the paperwork?
If you are self motivated and able to work independently or in a team and are well-organized and able to follow direction, this may be the role for you!
Responsibilities
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Competent in: tile installation, drywall & mudding, trim & millwork
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Able to use common tools and have a basic understanding of power tools and equipment
- Able to problem solve and trouble shoot
- Report on progress to managers
Requirements
- Proven experience as renovator
- Able to follow job scopes and direction
- Understanding of electrical and plumbing concepts
- Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Good physical condition and stamina (able to lift min 50 )
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
