Job Summary
As an Office Administrator, you will be an essential part of our organization. You will play a pivotal role in supporting current team members.
What you’ll do
- Daily inventory input in computer system, review & close purchase orders
- Review work orders, prepare customer invoice drafts and finalize invoices
- Various office administration tasks as required
- Managing multi-line phone system with professionalism
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Business Administration College or University Diploma
- Inventory managment experience
Preferred qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in inventory control is a plus
