Central Cat Hospital is a feline-only veterinary practice looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representitive to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for both cats and their owners.
Responsibilities
As our Customer Service Representative your main duties will involve: Answer phones and respond to client inquiries, Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar, Check patients in and out of the hospital and boarding facility, Process payments and maintain client records, Coordinate prescription requests and food orders, Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks, Keep reception organized and welcoming
We're Looking For Someone Who Is: Friendly, professional, and compassionate, Organized and detail-oriented, Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, A strong communicator, Passionate about cats and client care, Veterinary experience is an asset, but not required
