Meridian Home Health Care is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, dedicated Personal Support Workers to grow with us.
We are currently hiring PSWs in the Peel Region, with an immediate need for caregivers who are available to work in Brampton. If you are passionate about helping seniors and individuals to remain safe and independent in the comfort of their own homes, we would love to hear from you.
As a valued member of the Meridian team, you will provide high-quality, client-centered care that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life. Services may include:

Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting)

Mobility and transfer assistance

Meal preparation and feeding assistance

Light housekeeping and laundry
-
Medication reminders
-
Companionship and emotional support
Applicants must have:

A valid PSW Certificate

A valid Driver's Licence and regular access to a reliable vehicle

A Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the past year

Current CPR and First Aid Certification

Documentation of a recent 2-Step TB Test

A valid N95 Mask Fit Certificate

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, including applicable booster(s)
